What we do
Annual repair work and one-off jobs, quoted against our published Schedule of Rates.
Dry Docking
Docking and undocking of barges and flat-bottom vessels up to 2500 DWT, with dry dock occupancy for the full repair period.
Steel Renewal
Bottom shell, tank top and hull steel renewal, fairing, and fabrication work, surveyed and certified.
Hull Cleaning & Painting
Scraping, high-pressure water jetting, sand blasting and multi-coat painting, including draft marks and load lines.
Stern Gear & Rudder
Removal and refitting of propellers, shafts, bushes, rudders and stern gear, with alignment checks.
Pipelines & Valves
Renewal of pipelines, bends and flanges; servicing of engine room valves, sea valves and sea chests.
Anchor & Windlass
Anchor chain calibration, freeing and changing of anchors, windlass work and chain painting.

A working dry dock on the Zuari
A graving dry dock on the Zuari river, sized for the coastal barge fleet and equipped for full survey repair.

- A tidal graving dock on the Zuari, drained down around the vessel for full access to the hull and bottom shell.
- Full-period occupancy
- The vessel holds the dock for the entire repair, so steel, paint and stern gear work run without waiting on a slot.
- Surveyed and certified
- Steel renewal, fairing and fabrication carried out to class survey and certified on completion.
